How to:
(this is for dummies - it's MUCH simpler than it looks)

Make shure your 3G/3GS is jailbroken and running OS 3.0
This guide requires Cydia.

1. In Cydia - go to "Manage" (bottom right)
2. Choose "Sources"
3. Click "Edit" (top right corner)
4. Click "Add" (top left corner)
5. Now write http://cydia.hackulo.us/ (this is the full address - only http:// once)
6. Click "Add Source"
7. Now click "Done" (top right corner)
8. Press your "Home" button to close Cydia

9. Perform step 1. and 2. again
10. Choose "Hackulo.us"
11. Click "AppSync for OS 3.0"
12. Click "Install" and then "Confirm" (top right corner)

13. Once Cydia is done, turn off your phone completely and then turn it on again

14. By now, simply drag and drop (or double-click) the cracked ipa (actually ANY cracked *.ipa) file to iTunes and sync your .

ALL DONE ;o)

REPORTED PROBLEMS

One problem was that the file does not install all the way when syncing. The .ipa file works and i've downloaded and reinstalled it so it definately works. It gets stuck at about 80% but be patient its still installing. If it says there is a problem then unrar the files with a different rar extracter (unrarx or stuffit expander). If there is a still a problem then you havn't followed the instructions properly and havn't been reseting your phone.
