You can crack the passwordyou cant remove it cracking cantake one to 30 days depending on size and character variation.

My impression is that artsy wants to remove the password itself (not crack it) so that you don't have to enter it everytime.
The only way to do that, that I know of, is to recompress the file without the password, and WinRar does not have this feature built-in, I wish it did.

On second read, maybe artsy wants to remove a single password protected file from an archive. I never tried that.
