All Rules apply to "Real Life" situations/actions and/or "Animated" situations/actions! This also includes text.

Rule 1: NO CHILD PORN



WE DO NOT TOLERATE CHILD PORNOGRAPHY AT ALL

( Child : Defined as a person under "18" years old )

There exist a number of "Soft-Core" child nudity and erotica sites that are apparently tolerated in internet. These include sites featuring child nudist photos and videos and sites featuring clothed children in sexually titillating poses. These sites generally claim that the material they offer does not meet the legal definition of child pornography and thus is not child pornography, even if much of it seems to push the boundaries. Such content is not allowed at al!l[/code]

Do not post any pictures or videos with a child ( Child : Defined as a person under "18" years old ) in them (clothed or otherwise), if it is posted it will be considered as "Child Pornography", you will be banned, you IP reported. and your ISP notified!




If you are not sure of the age of the person(s) in the pictures or videos, Do Not Post Them!


If you have not viewed the pictures or videos that you are posting and it turns out it is Child Porn, it is not our problem, it is your problem. Appropriate actions will be taken!

Excuses of any kind will not be accepted for posting any such content that breaks Rule 1 of the Final4Ever Adult Sections Post Rules, you are the poster will be held responsible.

Anyone supporting "Child Pornography" is not welcomed in Final4Ever at all..

Rule 2: NO INCEST PORN

Content or Discussions of sexual activity between close family members whether they are blood related or not, is not allowed in this forum.




Rule 3: NO RAPE Scenes

Rape is, in most jurisdictions, a crime defined as sexual intercourse or penetration without valid consent by both parties.. This kind of material is NOT ALLOWED

It may be defined as forcing a person to submit to any sex act defined as to occur when sexual intercourse takes place (or is attempted) without valid consent of one of the parties involved. The lack of valid consent does not necessarily mean that the victim explicitly refused to give consent. Generally, consent is considered invalid if it is obtained from someone who is:

• Under any kind of duress (force, violence, blackmail, etc.)
• Judgmentally impaired or incapacitated by alcohol or drugs (legal or otherwise)
• Mentally impaired whether by illness or developmental disability
• Below the age of consent defined in that jurisdiction

Rule 4: NO BEASTIALITY (ANIMAL) PORN


Content including zoo sexual activity (bestiality) is not allowed.


Rule 5: Fake Video Names

Even with a title "12_year_old_nude" but appearing to be *fake* is also not allowed. Keep in mind even if the people in the video are over 18 years of age, but you name the video or pictures as is the example given here, it will be considered Child Porn. You are best to leave the filenames as is.... in other words don't change a filename just so you can post it.



Rule 6: Traci Lords Video's and Pictures


This is for everyones information. Anyone posting pics/vids/links to any Traci Lords material you will be banned.

She was underage at the time when she was famous for her porn vids & penthouse pics. There is only one vid that she was of legal age in & that was Traci, I Love You. But as many vids can be cut & pasted/renamed/dubbed/edited etc etc. No Traci Lords material is permitted on Tux Republic.

She first achieved notoriety for her underage appearances in pornographic films and Penthouse magazine (she was around 15 or 16[1] years old in her first film), later becoming a television and B-movie actress.

I would like to also add that when making a post, please do 1 or both of these:

1.) Post a screen capture (If you don't know how, PM me and I will tell you what you need to know)

and/or

2.) Give the best possible description of the file you are posting.

Doing one or both of these makes life so much easier for anybody who is considering downloading your posts. This way they know what they are downloading.
If for whatever the reason you don't post atleast 1 capture or give a description, your post(s) will be considered invalid and removed.

And the final thing... and this only shows respect to the poster, is simply Thank them for their post. That is usually enough to keep them posting and happy.

3.) When posting, use only Approved file hosts. Any post using "unallowed.domain" file hosts will be deleted without notice.

Rules For XXX Mega Picture Threads

1.) ALL Forum Rules apply here, so become familiar with them before you post anything.

2.) Each Thread you start can have an unlimited number of pictures, but only 30 pictures in each post.

3.) All pictures must be posted using "ALLOWED" file hosts (Photobucket.com, Imageshack.com, Tinypic.com etc), ALL others will be deleted.

4.) All pictures you post MUST, be viewable in full size.

5.) ALL posts that only show Thumbnails, will be deleted, without explanation. Nobody likes to see only Thumbnails, so don't post them.

6.) If you want to post archived files (Rar, Zip etc) you must also post atleast 2 pictures that can be viewed in full size.

7.) If you post using archived files (Rar, Zip etc), you must use a "ALLOWED" file host (RapidShare.com, SendSpace.com etc). ALL others will be deleted.

8.) Linking any picture to any other forum, website, Blog etc, is NOT allowed. It will be considered spamming.

XXX Mega Picture Threads -> for posting large collections of pictures 

All threads/topics posted in wrong sub-forum will not be deleted but they will be moved without notice.
